PetrolBox is a monthly subscription made by automotive enthusiasts just like yourself! Each month we carefully select items such as tools, detailing supplies, apparel, novelty items, garage gear, and stickers, and send them right to your doorstep. Subscribe for yourself or simply give one as a gift! Don't forget, we also give away a set of cast Rotiform Wheels to one lucky subscriber, each month!
The cost of your monthly PetrolBox depends on your term of subscription and which service you choose. The PetrolBox Basic starts as low as $19.95 per month, and PetrolBox Premium starts as low as $39.95 per month.
We ship each month between the 15th and 19th as stated during the checkout process, and subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 28th of the month. Cutoff to get the current PetrolBox is the 15th, otherwise you will receive next months box.
It's kind of confusing. First log into your dashboard and go all the way to the bottom and there's a section called "CREDIT CARDS". You'll add a new card to that section, then you'll go to "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION" section, hit edit and then go to the bottom and add new payment option. This will update your payment for auto billing. To be considered a Rotiform Wheels winner, you must be an active subscriber of the current month's drawing. Every active subscriber will be automatically entered into the drawing and randomly chosen using random.org. Winner is required to redeem his or her wheels by showing proof of having received the golden ticket by emailing us at email@example.com.
When sending a gift subscription, a PetrolBox will be sent on your behalf to the recipient's home at the time all subscriptions are sent out for that month. If you wish to purchase an immediate gift, a gift card can be sent right away, via email, and redeemed at the recipient's convenience for either a subscription or within the Petrolbox store.
Just like you, we are human and either change our minds, or a mistake has been made. In your account settings you are free to cancel or skip a renewal at any time before your box has been shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not want to receive your current box. We are very quick to respond and more than happy to help you out! We do not accept returns, however. If you find something is damaged, please contact us and we'll be happy to get a replacement out to you.
Yes! However, we cannot offer free international shipping at this time. We have worked closely with USPS to bring you the best rates possible, but be please expect duties/fees at customs and a longer wait for your subscription to arrive. These packages are often held up in outgoing customs as well as incoming customs once the package arrives in your destination country. All shipping methods are generally challenged by the fact that the package is handed from USPS to the local postal service of your destination country. This "hand-off" often creates delays and issues with solid tracking information which we are not responsible for. Please take the additional time and fees into consideration before subscribing!
